Allergan wins the Inamed Bidding War

At least for now, it appears that Allergan is the winner over Medicis. They are paying $3.2 Billion for the rights to the breast implant manufacturer.

Not only that, but Inamed is announcing that a new cosmetic product called Juvaderm is ready to market. Looks like this may be a big win for Allergan.
