Exfoliate

You know that exfoliating is an essential part of good skin care, and that it makes your skin look younger and more beautiful, but with so many different ways to do it, you may be a little confused.

Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and help to unclog pores. It gives your skin a health glow, improves circulation, cell replacement, and when it goes deep enough, removes discoloration and stimulates collagen production. Exfoliation prior to cosmetic treatments helps treatment products absorb into the skin.

The exfoliation you do at home is mild and you should do it once or twice a week to keep your skin healthy and beautiful. Treatments such a microdermabrasion, chemical, and laser peels are in-office treatments and can go much deeper, sometimes deep enough to remove precancerous tissue.
