Botox Alive and Well in Recession

In tough economic times, many people are forced to cut corners and trim needless expenses out of their budget. Frequently, luxury items and elective surgery will be some of the first items people will do without when their wallets are a bit light.

Many cosmetic surgeons were afraid that our current recession would spell disaster for their practices. But while some of the more expensive cosmetic surgery procedures have seen drops in numbers, many practices have stayed afloat thanks to the continued demand for Botox and facial fillers such as Restylane, and Juvederm.

Apparently, many people are simply unwilling to do without their Botox, even when times are tough. In a society that places a high premium on youth and attractiveness, many people are still willing to spend their precious few dollars to maintain their appearance.

Botox and the many facial fillers on the market today represent a much more affordable alternative to a major procedure such as a face lift. As a result, many people are refusing to eliminate them from their tight budget.

If you are considering Botox and live in the Phoenix, Arizona area, please visit the website of Dr. Paul Angelchik today to schedule a consultation.
