Doctor Domanskis is a Physician of Excellence in Plastic Surgery from the Orange County Medical Association and Orange Coast Magazine as well as listed among America’s Top Plastic Surgeons and Best Doctors in America for the past several years.

Having completed his post-graduate medical education in Plastic Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, he served as the Assistant Chief of Plastic Surgery at the 2nd General Hospital in the U.S.Army in Landstuhl,Germany. He has been Chief of Plastic Surgery at several hospitals including Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach and South Coast Medical Center in Laguna Beach. He continues as Consultant to the Ministry of Health of Lithuania since 1990 as well as the official Physician of the Lithuanian Olympic Team, most recently participating in the Athens Summer Olympics.

For his world-wide humanitarian work, Dr.Domanskis received a commendation from the president of Lithuania in 1992 and was awarded the highest medal by the Prime Minister in 1996. The title of Chevalier was bestowed upon him by the Confraternity of the Knights of the Most Holy Trinity in Germany in 1995.
