Drs. Feagin and Owen are both board-certified plastic surgeons by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. They have additional training specifically in the techniques of cosmetic plastic surgery. Dr. Charles A. Feagin founded his practice in Dothan in 1983, the first board-certified plastic surgeon to establish a practice in the southeast Alabama, Southwest Georgia, and northwest Florida area. Dr. William Owen, Jr. joined the practice in 1990.
