This physician led organization has had a leading role in the development of ambulatory surgery centers since it's establishment. AAASC is dedicated to serving physician-led ambulatory surgery centers, their clinical and administrative staffs, as well as facilities that have corporate, hospital, and physician ownership, that value patient centered care, physician leadership, and active member participation. AAASC strives to keep costs down, maintain the quality of care in the outpatient setting, and define the legal and regulatory environment that best serves the interests of the patient. P.O.
